Casting is a plastic film production process, which first melts the raw material through extruder. Through the extrusion of the T-shaped structure forming die, the diaphragm flows to the roll surface of the smooth rotating cooling roller. The diaphragm is cooled and shaped on the cooling roller, and then the product is rolled up after traction and trimming.

The film formed by tape casting has uniform thickness, good transparency and good heat sealing. The thickness is in the range of 0.005-1 mm. Generally, it is used to pack dry biscuits, melon seeds, heat-sealing base materials for composite materials and waterproof materials for various buildings, etc.
