As we all know, masterbatch is an aggregate of pigments and carriers. In the process of processing, two substances are mixed and re-integrated. Its structure is bound to change. What parts are the structure of masterbatch after processing?

(1) The innermost layer is the filler core, which mainly improves the rigidity of the product and reduces the cost of use.

(2) The second is the coupling layer, which mainly improves the binding force between filler and resin when used.

(3) There is also the dispersion layer, which is mainly made of oligomers and dispersants. When used, it can be mixed evenly, and it can avoid packing aggregation and improve the fluidity of granulation process.

(4) Another is the blending layer, which consists of copolymers or compatibilizers with certain double bonds, in order to better integrate with the resin to be filler.

The above is the structure of the masterbatch. Each layer of the masterbatch has its own function. The ultimate goal is to better combine the pigments and carriers, so that it can achieve better coloring effect.
